Production Engineering Intern
Mission
The Production Engineering Intern contributes to improving production yields and optimizing consumption by analyzing output rates, downtime, and existing processes. They propose continuous improvement solutions (time savings and consumable reduction) and ensure regular reporting of actions taken and results obtained.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to increasing production yields and optimizing consumption
- Monitor each operator's output rate according to a predefined analysis program
- Implement a data recording and comparative analysis system
- Analyze operations to detect lost time
- Propose innovative solutions to save time
- Propose innovative solutions to save consumable materials
- Prepare activity reports
- Establish daily reports on analyses performed and corrective actions implemented
- Participate in setting up productivity tracking tools
Requirements
- Bac+4 or Bac+5 level in general engineering, production, process & methods, or logistics
- Proactive with attention to detail
- Organized, methodical, reactive, and rigorous in collecting and processing field data, with strong analytical capabilities for production systems
- Capable of managing resources and priorities according to objectives
- Strong written and oral communication skills with interpersonal ease enabling team management
- Quick adaptation and learning ability
- Strict
- Good level of French (oral and written)
