Management Controller Manager
Mission
Under the supervision of the CFO, the Management Controller Manager will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the company's economic management (setting objectives, activity indicators, performance measurement, etc.) and budget monitoring, optimizing financial profitability according to adopted strategic choices and regulations (commercial, tax, and financial), and conducting prospective studies of the organization's results.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining budget construction procedures and ensure their application by company employees
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize budget data from departments and operational divisions
- Consolidate information from various entities and produce budget summary documents
- Monitor the budget and periodically produce, according to the CFO's calendar, a variance analysis report with recommended corrective actions
- Design financial performance monitoring tools by maintaining dashboards with relevant indicators (revenue analysis, production costs by activity, fixed costs, investments, etc.)
- Participate in implementing reporting tools across all departments according to company standards and requirements, and standardize them
- Conduct financial and economic studies as needed
- Collect and analyze information impacting company results and propose improvement areas to reduce costs
- Support the Accounting department in implementing analytical accounting to achieve management objectives
- Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and information from activities or other departments
- Control fixed asset and supply inventory operations
- Control accounting closing operations
- Ensure compliance with recommendations issued by Statutory Auditors and verify that all corrective actions in procedures have been followed and achieved expected results
- Ensure compliance with procedures
- Propose improvements to the Administration and Finance Department processes
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions
- Make necessary information available
Requirements
- Master's degree in Management Control, Operational Audit, or Control/Accounting and Audit
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the field or as a Management Controller
- Experience in a free zone company or production factory highly desired
- Methodical, rigorous, and with integrity
- Strong analytical and initiative skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent French; English is a plus
